A beautiful oval cut of peridot, surrounded by marcasite gemstone halo, set in sterling silver. Bracelet measures 19cm in length, and secures with lobster clasp fastening.
Gemstone Information
Peridot derives its name from the Arabic word 'faridat', meaning 'gem'.
Peridot is the traditional gift to give to someone celebrating a 16th anniversary, and makes a great gift for an August birthstone.
Ancient Hawaiian cultures believed that peridot were the tears of the goddess of fire and volcanoes.
