2 Year Warranty

Our belief is that products should be crafted to last therefore every piece of GEMONDO jewellery is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.

What your warranty covers:

  • We will endeavour to repair your item for damage or breakages caused by material or manufacturing defects for the duration of the warranty. If a repair is not possible either a replacement or credit will be offered.
  • Broken chains can be replaced for the duration of the warranty
  • Broken earring backs can be replaced for the duration of the warranty.

What your warranty does not cover:

  • This warranty is void if the item has been damaged due to improper handling, accidents, negligence of persons other than authorised Pranda UK Limited sales or service agents or damage due to unauthorised repair,
  • Other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship (including natural wear and tear, bent rings or lost items).
  • Gold plated items will eventually fade in time and therefore our warranty does not cover re-plating although we do offer a chargeable re-plating service on selected styles.

How it Works?

Should service be required, please email us at enquiries@gemondo.com and provide us with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase 
  • An image of your item highlighting the issue

Pranda UK Limited highly recommends you insure your parcel and adequately protect the jewellery during shipment. Pranda UK Limited is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment.

If your item is outside of warranty, repairs will be subject to our ‘outside of warranty’ process.

Repairs or replacements of the same items can take up to a maximum of 10 weeks to return. This returns period is dependent on sourcing materials and/or gemstones in cases of loss. As we aim to bring you rarer natural stones and unique designs, a minority of cases with unusual or uncommon gemstones, cuts and stone sizes may occur. In instances such as these beyond our immediate control, it may be difficult, if possible, to source and replace to the exact specifications of the original item.

Gemondo cannot guarantee that we can provide the same model of jewellery but will always try and any amendments will always be communicated to you before repair takes place. If your model is not available, an item of equal value and similar appearance will be offered.

Outside of Warranty:

Rest assured we can still assist you if your item falls outside our warranty.

For service work that is not covered under this warranty, one of our in-house repairs team can carry out the work for a charge*. An estimated return date will be provided upon request.

*Charges are subject to change. All repairs are subject to inspection from our workshop and a quote will be sent out before any work is carried out.
