30-Day Returns Window
You can request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. This applies to UK and international customers.
Items must be returned in as-new condition, with original packaging and contents included.
UK Returns – Free & Easy
UK customers enjoy free tracked returns via Royal Mail.
How to return from the UK

- Generate a QR code or print your label
- Drop it off at any Post Office or arrange a collection to pick it up from you
International Returns
We make returning your jewellery from outside the UK as simple as possible. All international returns follow the same terms as UK orders — you can request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Important Return Notes
- Items must be returned in as-new condition and in their original packaging.
- Please include your return form or order details inside the parcel.
- If you arrange your own shipping, we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be returned unworn and in original condition.
- Original presentation boxes and contents must be included.
- For hygiene reasons, worn earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Please include your return form or order details inside the parcel.
These conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Refunds & Processing Times
- Once your return arrives, processing may take up to 14 days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Your bank may take up to 5 additional days to display the refund.
- Original delivery charges are not refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.

Which international countries have free returns?
We offer free tracked international returns for customers in the United States, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. All free international returns are created through our Gemondo EziReturns portal.
Do Australian customers pay for returns?
Yes. Australian customers pay only local return shipping costs, which are shown when creating a return through the EziReturns portal. The international shipping is covered by us
How do I start an international return?
Returning from outside the UK? Create your return quickly and easily through our Gemondo EziReturns portal and follow the steps to generate your label and return instructions.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return arrives with us, processing can take up to 14 days. After we issue your refund, your bank may take up to 5 days to show the funds in your account.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, worn earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us straight away. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Do I need to include anything in my return parcel?
Yes. Please include your return form or order details inside the parcel so we can match your return to your order.
Will I get a refund for original delivery charges?
Original delivery charges are not refunded unless your item is faulty or incorrect.
